Due to redevelopment work at Shibuya Station in Tokyo, JR East announced that all trains on the outer Yamanote line between Osaki, Shibuya and Ikebukuro will be suspended on the 18th, and on the inner loop between Ikebukuro, Shibuya and Osaki on the 19th.
