Min Hee Jin, the representative of New Jeans’ agency ADOR, responded to HYBE’s audit Q&A. The content regarding this has been made private.

On the 24th, a HYBE official told Korean media, “We have received a response letter, but the contents cannot be made public. The response states that strong legal action will be taken if the contents are made public.” That’s it. I have nothing more to say.”

On the 22nd, HYBE sent an audit questionnaire to ADOR’s management team, including CEO Min Hee-jin. Through this, issues such as “leaking of core information obtained with the purpose of seizing management rights,” “suspects of inappropriate external consulting,” “leaking of artists’ personal information,” and “scandals in personnel recruitment” were raised. The deadline was set at 6 pm on the 24th, and representative Min Hee-jin reportedly submitted a written response within the deadline.

HYBE previously learned that ADOR’s management team was attempting to become independent from the company’s headquarters and began an audit. They also sent a letter demanding that representative Min Hee-jin be suspended from her duties and resign.

Representative Min Hee-jin responded to the audit questionnaire, but reportedly did not respond to a request to return company information assets such as laptops by 6 pm on the 23rd.

ADOR claimed that when ILLIT, a new group under BELIFT LAB produced by Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, was accused of copying New Jeans, HYBE began the process of dismissing CEO Min Hee-jin.
