SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – Morris Chan, founder of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TSMC), the world’s largest contract manufacturer of semiconductors, attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit on behalf of Taiwan.
