The warehouse has a four-layer structure and has an area of approximately 13,200m2. The warehouse is equipped with three vertical transport machines and two freight elevators, and in the future we plan to introduce automatic sorting machines and other material handling systems to save on labor. The building is also environmentally friendly, including the use of LED lighting throughout the building and the installation of rooftop solar panels.
In addition to its traditional 3PL business for frozen and refrigerated foods, the company aims to build a nationwide refrigeration platform in order to respond to the growing needs of the e-commerce business, and has set up bases in Sendai, Sapporo, and Fukuoka in 2023. The Atsugi Logistics Center (tentative name) will play the role of a mother depot for transportation and delivery throughout the country, and will be the core of the national refrigeration platform.
