Enjoy harvesting new onions and unlimited stuffing! Fresh vegetable souvenirs also held Agricultural experience tour “Taste of the season!! Awaji Island new onion harvest experience in Kasai Seika” Minami-Awaji City | Kiss PRESS

--

“Kasai Seika” in Minami-Awaji City will be holding an agricultural experience tour “Taste of the Season!! Awaji Island New Onion Harvesting Experience in Kasai Seika” during the Golden Week period from April 27th to May 6th. We are currently accepting reservations for participation.

Kasai Seika, where the event will be held, is characterized by its focus on growing vegetables from the soil, with the concept of “growing vegetables that children can eat with peace of mind.” This tour will last approximately one and a half hours.

Participants moved to an onion field, learned by seeing and touching onions, and then experienced harvesting new onions. Afterwards, you can enjoy delicious ways to eat onions and all-you-can-stuff onions at the Kasai Seika headquarters.

We will also hold a tasting event for lettuce gelato made with Kasai lettuce, which is grown in the mineral-rich soil of Awaji Island and is known for its sweetness (adults only). It is a new type of sweet that can only be eaten here, and the taste is a perfect combination of the refreshing aroma of lettuce and the richness of cheese.
