Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, will launch a three-year project from Friday, May 3, 2024 to Sunday, May 5, 2024, starting with the “Machi Spacha Project” operated by uyet Co., Ltd. A collaboration event with VTuber (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) will be held at various facilities in our city, including the Hinuma Tourist Center, during the following days.

About this event

This event will be held as part of the “Machi Supa Cha Project” (https://machisupa.com/) in which our city participates.
Popular VTubers such as Inaba Haneru and Okumori Mei, who belong to Nanashinku, are featured at local facilities and stores, such as the city’s tourist facility “Hinuma Tourist Center” and city businesses that provide return gifts. We will put up posters of the event, video messages featuring the two of them, and life-size panels.
There are no advance reservations or restrictions on the number of people for this event, so everyone is welcome to come.

➀Plans at Hinuma Tourist Center

A poster of Haneru Inaba and Mei Okamori will be displayed at the “Hinuma Tourist Center”, a tourist facility in our city. We will set up message posters where you can send messages to the two, video messages featuring the two, and life-size panels.
Furthermore, for a limited time, bicycles rented at the “Hinuma Tourist Center” will have stickers of Haneru Inaba and Mei Okumori, making the rental bicycles look like the Machi Spacha Project.

②Collaboration with Hokota Fruit Cheesecake

“Hokota Fruit Cheesecake” in our city will display the branding iron used in the hometown tax return gift “Engrave Haneruto Mei! Whole Baked Potato Cheesecake Set!” which was produced in limited quantities as part of this project. We will also display posters of Haneru Inaba and Mei Okamori.

At the accommodation facility “Ikoinomura Hinuma”, panel boards for commemorative photos will be set up and posters of Inaba Haneru and Okamori Mei will be displayed.

At Kashima Rinkai Railway’s “Hinuma Station”, audio announcements by Haneru Inaba and Mei Okumori will be broadcast, and posters of Haneru Inaba and Mei Okumori will be displayed.

About “Machi Spacha Project”

The “Machi Supacha Project” is a project that aims to help VTuber fans, mainly in their teens to 30s, discover “towns they can recommend” that become their second or third hometown.
Our city is participating in this project, promoting hometown tax donations and accepting donations through “manga” and “live streaming.”
