Tottori Okayama Shinbashikan is an antenna shop located in Shinbashi, Tokyo. It was opened in 2014 to promote local products and tourism in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and was reopened this year to commemorate its 10th anniversary.

At the event, guests with connections to each prefecture also visited and excited the venue. In this renewal, Okayama Tenmaya will newly operate the retail store.

“I wanted to fully incorporate the sales methods of a department store, so my basic idea was to create a sales floor that was easy to see and buy.”

Additionally, monitors have been installed in the restaurants on the second floor to communicate the charms of the prefecture.

(Ryuta Ibaraki, Governor of Okayama Prefecture)
“We want it to continue to be a place where people can remember Okayama or learn about Okayama.”

Okayama Prefecture will continue to focus on disseminating information in the metropolitan area through antenna shops.
