On June 1, 2024, the final lineup was announced for Okayama’s outdoor festival “hoshioto’24”, which will be held on a special stage at Budou Romankan in Aono-cho, Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture.

The final lineup was announced as Shoichi Ikari (tacica), Jun Inohara, Organic Call, cinema staff, Hakubi, Yuta Tsuchiya, Miran, and Ryu Matsuyama solo.

Other acts will include Starry Sky Messenger Yuta Sasaki, Ayaka Iwashiro (starry sky experience producer), Katsuya Minamida (professor at Musashi University), Junichi Nagai (associate professor at Kansai International University), and Kagawa Smile Kids Project. A total of 42 artists will be performing, including those announced so far.

“Hoshioto” is an independent outdoor festival that has been held since 2012 with the concept of “the best music under the best starry sky.” The event will continue to be held even during the coronavirus pandemic, and this year will be the 12th time it has been held.

The venue for “hoshioto”, Budou Romankan, is surrounded by magnificent nature, with a wonderful starry sky spreading out in the night sky, and if your timing is right after the show, you can even see the Milky Way. There is also a camping area set up at the venue, where you can stay overnight. A stargazing event will also be held in the evening. The camping area is flat and faces the on-site parking lot, making it easy for even beginners to camp.

Shuttle buses will also be available to take you to the venue from the nearest stations, Ibara Station and JR Fukuyama Station. The venue is fully equipped with a kids area, food court, and workshops, making it an easy-to-participate festival for both individuals and families.
