Gotanda JP Building is a complex facility consisting of restaurants, hotels, halls, offices, and shared offices. The food hall has 11 restaurants under the name Gotanda Shokudo. The hotel will operate under the OMO brand operated by Hoshino Resorts.
Located at 8-4-13 Nishigotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, it is a 5-minute walk from Gotanda Station, a 7-minute walk from Osaki Station, and a 1-minute walk from Osaki-Hirokoji Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line. This location was once home to Yu-Port, which opened on April 1, 1982 with funds from the postal life insurance policy of the then-Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
