Fukuoka Queblick / Kokura FUSE / Shunan rise, a live house in Fukuoka and Yamaguchi prefectures focusing on up-and-coming youth, and Yumebanchi, which holds various events mainly in the Kansai and Chugoku areas, have teamed up to open Kaikyo Messe in Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
