Fuji Subaru Land, an amusement park at the foot of Mt. Fuji operated by Fuji Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Funatsu, Fujikawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture, President Kazuya Shimura), will open next door from Saturday, April 27, 2024. The campground’s services have been renewed and it will open as “Subaru Land CAMP FIELD.”
Additionally, “Juka Forest,” a “Learning forest where parents and children can explore, challenge, stimulate all five senses, and have lots of laughs,” which was newly opened in Fuji Subaru Land last year, has also been powered up. This Golden Week, please enjoy the entire day at Fuji Subaru Land with your family, “playing, seeing, touching, eating, and staying overnight”!

The campground, which operated as “FUJI GATEWAY CAMP FIELD” until last year, has renewed its service content and will open as “Subaru Land CAMP FIELD” on April 27, 2024. The campsite is an auto site with a total of 28 sections (natural grass) including one site with power supply, and all plans come with a “Fuji Subaru Land 1-day pass” for site users. The campsite is adjacent to Fuji Subaru Land, so you can enjoy Fuji Subaru Land as soon as you wake up in the morning, and even after the park closes, you can camp in the great nature at the foot of Mt. Fuji, making it a campsite that children will be very happy with.

■Regular holidays: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday *Excluding Golden Week and summer holidays

Juka Forest is an area located at the innermost part of Fuji Subaru Land where you can experience the nature of Mt. Fuji. This is a forest of learning where parents and children can go on adventures, take on challenges, stimulate all five senses, and have lots of laughs. You can experience a variety of things in Juka Forest. There are many programs for children to grow, such as fire-making and sawing experiences, and there will also be a “Wai-Wai Market” where children can earn rewards through nature experiences and exchange them for sweets within the area. In addition, you can also use the newly installed athletic play equipment starting this spring.

Located on a plateau at an altitude of 1,000m at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Fuji Subaru Land is a 100,000 square meter property located 90 minutes by car from central Tokyo. This is a leisure facility where children can have fun and interact with nature and animals. As a family-friendly theme park with the concept of “a playground for families to enjoy” in the vast natural surroundings of the foothills of Mt. Fuji, there is a “Natural Experience Base Acorn Course” created by making use of nature, such as tree houses and tree decks. There are many different attractions that will satisfy everyone from small children to adults, such as the “Roll Glider” where you can wear a harness and take a walk in the air through a red pine forest.
