In addition to ordinance revisions and supplementary budgets, committee composition will be made.

The 2nd extraordinary meeting of the Kitaakita City Council in 2020 was held at the parliament building on Friday, April 26th.
At this special meeting, there were two approvals for the FY2020 supplementary budget requesting approval of exclusive measures, three ordinances that also partially amend the ordinance, one ordinance, and the FY2020 general account. A total of 10 proposals, including one supplementary budget proposal and three single-line proposals, were tabled, and all proposals were approved and passed as originally proposed.
In addition, in the City Council, as the two-year terms of committees are coming to an end, members of the council management committee and standing committee were appointed, and the previous public relations special committee was changed to the public relations special committee. A resolution was passed to change the name and establish the committee, and the chairperson and vice chairperson of each committee were decided.
