At the completion ceremony, students from the Prefectural University of the Arts performed Ryukyuan performing arts.
Riori Matsuzaki (23), a graduate student at the Prefectural University of the Arts, who designed the mural, said, “Since this is a place where many tourists come, I painted the flora and fauna in vivid colors that clearly convey the image of Okinawa.”
