In hopes of helping Ishikawa Prefecture recover from the 2020 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, we offer a donated lunch where you can enjoy seasonal flavors from Shiga Prefecture and local Ishikawa cuisine made with local ingredients. “Jibuni”, a simmered dish representative of Ishikawa Prefecture, is an original dish made with Omi chicken and Omi red miso. We also offer “Berobero”, which is often eaten at celebratory events, and “Mettajiru”, a classic local dish containing sweet potatoes.
