The Medal with Blue Ribbon, which is given to people who have made great efforts in public work, was given to Kenji Kawada (76), a probation officer in Ikata Town, Tsuyami Jinno (76), a probation officer in Niihama City, and former mediator in Seiyo City. Among them, Tomizaemon Niiyama (73) of Matsuyama City, who received the Medal with Yellow Ribbon, joined a company that operates hotels in Dogo Onsen in 1978, and has served as representative director since 2010.
