From March 16th to March 21st, the 50th Anniversary of Japan-ASEAN Friendship and Cooperation Certification Project “JENESYS U-17 Women’s Football Memorial Cup“is held. Here’s an overview:

JENESYS is an exchange program for promoting understanding of Japan promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, inviting/dispatching people to Asia and Oceania, online exchanges, and follow-up projects.

Nadeshiko Japan has been confirmed to participate in the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 (to be held in July 2023). It is expected that the implementation of this project will increase interest in Japanese teams in ASEAN countries and Timor-Leste.
