Yumi Kawai, Jiro Sato, Goro Inagaki and others co-starring “Annokoto” poster and scene photos released | CINRA

The poster visual and scene photos of director Yu Irie’s movie “Annokoto” have been released.

The film, which will be released on June 7th, was inspired by an article published in a newspaper in June 2020 that described the heroic life of a girl. 21-year-old An, who has been abused by her mother since childhood and forced into prostitution since her mid-teens, meets a detective named Tatara and gradually opens up to him, but due to the emergence of the new coronavirus, her whereabouts and people are affected. The synopsis is that the connection is lost and he suffers from isolation.

The role of An is played by Yumi Kawai. Jiro Sato will play the role of Tatara, a veteran detective who tries to pave the way to rehabilitation for An, Goro Inagaki will play the role of Kirino, a journalist who interviews An and Tatara, and Aoba Kawai will play the role of Anne’s mother, and Aoba Kawai will play the role of a single mother. Akari Hayami has been cast.

The poster visual, with the caption “She was definitely by your side,” shows Tatara and Kirino watching Anzu walk. Scene photos show Tatara and Anzu in the interrogation room, Tatara holding An as she breaks down in tears, Anzu working as a caregiver at a nursing home, and a photo of Anzu, Tatara, and Kirino going to a ramen restaurant. Mubichike cards will go on sale from April 26th at theaters nationwide (excluding some theaters). On May 8th, a screening of the completed film will be held at Iino Hall, with Yumi Kawai, Jiro Sato, Goro Inagaki, and director Yu Irie on stage.
