[26th (Reuters)]- Liverpool, the team of English Premier League soccer player Wataru Endo, has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Feyenoord of the Dutch first division to hire Arne Slott as their new manager. Dutch media reported this on the 26th.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has announced that he will retire at the end of this season. Slott, who is currently the manager of Feyenoord, to which Kiyo Ueda belongs, said on the 25th that he would like to take over as manager of Liverpool to succeed manager Klopp.

According to Dutch newspaper AD, positive negotiations between Feyenoord and Liverpool are in the final stages. Liverpool are said to be hoping to finalize negotiations this weekend.
