The temple owner (Koichi Yamadera) is an office worker who works hard for his home. Even when his friend Yasuda (Hiromasa Taguchi), a real estate agent, recommends him a piece of land, he is unable to make a decision, but his wife (Rie Minemura) wants him to make a decision soon.
One evening, when she returned home, a man in a tailcoat (from the Hitori Gekidan) begged her, “I would like you to accept 10,000 yen per square meter,” but I had no idea what he meant.
The mysterious man continues to haunt her. One morning, he sees an advertisement for land with exceptional conditions.
