IBM stock plummets, consulting sector slumps – Hashicorp acquisition overshadowed – Bloomberg

Investors have been focused on the possibility that IBM’s consulting division, its second-largest business, will underperform. The division’s sales for the January-March period were $5.2 billion, about the same level as the same period last year.
