This is a highly convenient function for both parents and nursery schools.

●Questionnaire

●Entrance and exit management

By stamping the child’s arrival and departure times by holding up a QR code, it is possible to automate tasks such as creating attendance records and calculating extended childcare fees. Parents can share their child’s arrival and drop-off status with their families using a smartphone app.

●Children’s ledger

You can centrally manage all information for each child, including the child’s name, class, date of birth, health information (family doctor, allergies), medical checkup history, childcare fee settings, and family information (emergency contact information, email address). You can upload and use the forms currently used at the nursery on Kodomon. By linking data such as diaries, developmental progress records, monthly plans, etc., it is possible to create consistent instruction plans. By making use of digital technology for better browsing, utilizing template functions, voice input, etc., we can expect to reduce creation time and improve the quality of lesson plans and childcare.

●School lunch management (planned)

With a work flow that could not be achieved with a single school lunch management software, such as a function for creating menus that is linked to child ledgers, attendance information, etc., and distribution of menu sheets using a parent app, it is possible to reduce the work burden while allowing registered dietitians and Strengthen cooperation between cooks and childcare workers. “Documentation” is the process of capturing the moment when a child is absorbed in an activity and recording it with photos and comments, and has been attracting attention in recent years as an effective method for realizing “child-centered childcare.” By using documentation, we can create dialogue among childcare workers, parents, and children, expand the child’s world, and enrich their learning. Kodomon’s documentation function allows you to create “diary, bulletin board, contact book, and weekly plans” all at once by simply recording daily records with photos, eliminating the need to enter the same content over and over again. Since bulletin boards are automatically laid out, there is no need for work such as cutting and pasting photos, and childcare documentation can be practiced with minimal burden on the site.
