Biography of Miki Tsuzaka
Joined BCG Tokyo office in 1984. He has been with the Tokyo office since 2008 after working in the New York office for 20 years. While in the New York office, he founded and leads the Marketing, Sales and Pricing group at BCG. After returning to the Tokyo office, he served as BCG’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and a member of the Executive Committee for two terms of six years, in addition to client work involving a variety of industries and management functions. At BCG, he is responsible for the Consumer Goods, Distribution, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, High Tech, Media and Telecommunications industries, as well as being a core member of the Marketing, Sales and Pricing Group, the Operations Group, and the Organization and Talent Group. Focusing on B2C business, he handles projects on a wide range of themes such as growth strategy formulation and execution support, profit improvement, transformation, digitalization, and organizational restructuring.
